My mother-in-laws truck was fixed here after hitting a deer. When the radiator was replaced, the trans cooler lines were not hooked up properly and they blew off, causing all of the transmission from the trans cooler to leak out while driving, resulting in a ruined transmission. A new transmission was put it out of pocket with no reimbursement for those damages, and later the transmission had to be replaced a second time along with the trans cooler due to damaged internals causing premature transmission failure. Bernal was very rude regarding the damages incurred by his shop, and will never see business from my family again.

Honesty and fairness is what this place is all about. Been doing business with Tim Bernal for years. Trust him completely. Service is top notch and honest. Just had work done on my truck and he did his usual quality work. You just can't go wrong by doong business here.

Had a 2008 Dodge Ram back window replace and didn't have to wait long and the employees were nice and friendly
