Berney's turned a situation that very likely would have been a terrible experience at another business into something that absolutely reinforces my decision to be a loyal customer. I purchased a set of tires and experienced vibration after a few days. Berney's quickly determined that the tires had a factory defect and ordered a new set. When I asked to spend the difference to upgrade to a more expensive brand, they immediately agreed and applied the original cost of the other tires to a different brand. I'm sure this complicated the warranty process they had with the tire supplier, but they didn't hesitate to accommodate my request.
