I had 4 tires put on my mom’s car as well as an oil change. When I arrived less than 10 minutes after receiving the call that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, I walked in and respectfully said “Hi, I’m here to pick up the jeep with the tires and the oil change…” the older man at the desk (John) just put his hands out to his side (think IDK emoji), angrily shook his head at me and says “and?” To which I responded, “somebody just called… it’s ready.” And again, with what I can only describe as anger and condescension he responds with “Yeah, well, I need a name!” His tone and body language were so disrespectful. In his defense, a name would have been helpful, but he didn’t need to greet me so distastefully… Unfortunately for him, I’m not some lamb of a girl who will accept that type of

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible generosity and kindness shown to us at Berning's Auto Repair. They warmly welcomed us and my dog as walk-ins into their spotless shop, and after spending over an hour using their equipment to diagnose my brother’s truck, they refused to charge us a single penny. It is rare to find such selfless, honest people who genuinely care about helping others, and I am beyond grateful for their amazing service!"

I was going here for service because it was cheaper for some repairs. I have had enough through. I am going across the street they might be more expensive but give better service. They don’t look down at me when I review my receipt and welcome questions about service. If you want respect for your dollar take your business else where.

Just got all four of my rotors, brake pads and tires done and it went flawlessly. I was able to drop my vehicle off Sunday evening because that’s what works best for me and I got a phone call by 11 AM the next day saying that my vehicle was already to be picked up. I definitely love the small town family feel I got from Andy and the crew. Highly recommend!

It is really hard to find a mechanic shop that inspires confidence with accurate diagnostics and reliable repairs. Even after a preventive check-up, I thought the transmission would require expensive work. To my surprise, it only needed a small adjustment, and I was assured there was nothing to worry about.
