They didn't have the part I needed, but they did their utmost to locate it, including calling a dealer (on their own initiative!) and using my photo of the manufacturer's imprint stamp on the part to try to find it in a database. Cam was an outstandingly cool and helpful professional. Best experience I've had at an auto parts store in a long time!

READ FIRST BEFORE GOING. Very surprised how this place has a 4-star rating, and not 1 star. We bought break pads and rotors from this place. The guy at the front said they would accept returns, and gave a warranty for 1 year. Within a couple of months, the rotors started wobbling and creating noise. When we went back to return, the associate, Scott, rudely said if we had returned within 1 week, he would have returned the money and that he can’t do anything about it. He said that the 1 year warranty was just for part replacement and that he couldn't even give back store credit! And he gave a replacement but rather than the front ones which we had purchased, he used the same box but put in rear rotors! Either the store associates are not trained enough to inform the customers about the spec
