Lousy attitude, terrible customer service, lousy in giving information and they just want you to process with them, they do not let you do it for yourself. If you call to make an appointment, even if they have time, they tell you they are full. They definitely need to improve as a staff that serves the public!

Horrible customer service, unprofessional, would never recommend. Miscommunication, has went to fix my fiancé’s title, and they told me to fix the car door. fixed it, went back, found every single thing so that it would not pass. and then proceeded to mistreat him, and refused to move his car and made him move it.

Purchased a 2012 ford focus from Sasha. Was told she was not aware of any issues with the car at time of purchase. Took car for a test drive. During the test drive I noticed it had a bad rattle in the front. (Tierod). Gas gauge did not work. Was missing the fuel door. I mentioned these issues to her and she stated it needed a tierod, and that she had the fuel door for it and would send it to me. After several weeks gone by had not received the fuel door and called again to see where it was. Sasha said she had it again and would send it to me and took my address again. Again now has been several weeks and still have not got it. So I ordered one from ebay and got it in a few days. On top of this it also needed brakes and rotors, sunroof, a/c, horn, wipers, didn't work either. Would not buy a

Came to reading with an issue. They lend me a tool so I could get my issue fixed. And they sure did help with the tool.!! Friendly! Nice people. Even tried helping white there had other work to do. Shows a lot.

Bad service and wouldn’t ever buy a car from them again. My other half and I bought a car and within 20 minutes of driving it off of the lot the brakes went out we nearly hit two kids walking and ended up hitting another parked car and not to mention it started to overheat. Called Sasha and she didn’t pickup the phone she claimed to have been “mowing” the lawn and apparently didn’t hear the phone and didn’t reach back out to us till the next day, they towed car back to lot fixed the brakes and and then gave it back to us after we wanted our money back and so us having no choice but to go pickup car 2 weeks later the transmission goes out. Sasha once again ignores our phones calls and has her brother call us and start telling us that the transmission was fine and that we probably just didn’
