This place did work on my car because a check engine light came on a few days after I bought it from a dealership that they do the inspections for. The code was shown to be cleared before the car was purchased and not repaired so the dealership repaired the part and then the part failed about a week later and I took it back to be repaired again when I asked them for the documents of everything they did to the car the lady upfront kept refusing to give it to me because I wasn’t the one who paid for it. It was almost like they were trying to hide something they did or did not do! She absolutely refused even after they told her to print it out someone else had to come up and print out the documents and give them to me because she would not only to find out days later after taking it to get an

On the way to chicago my car broke down and was towed to Bessingers. Carrie took us to a car rental so we could try and finish our trip..This was on a friday before Labor day so everything was going to be closed for 3 days. Sue was kind enough to help us get a rental that day being we were from out of state. Carrie, Mike and Sue went above and beyond what the average business normally does for patrons. They showed exceptional kindness and professionalism to us and the work on the car was done quickly and expertly. They were a God send for us. I can say I've rarely met a more compassionate staff and business. I highly, highly recommend this honest and expert auto garage. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
