I was shopping for three cars and a friend of mine who works at this dealership recommended this place I went there. I saw three vehicles that I wanted and I proceeded to talk to the owner. I didn’t have the money for the cars that Day so I explained to the owner that I would have the money in about a week and I wanted to buy all three cars we worked out of price. He discounted two of the cars heavily because I was buying three. It took a little longer to get the money than I anticipated that was not a problem for him. He accommodated me still gave me the discount. and held the cars a few extra days I would recommend anyone to go here. All of the cars were great. and there was great customer service. I went to get one car and ended up buying two. I was lucky to find Best Buy Auto Sales on the internet. We drove two hours from Missouri to look at four different cars. The owner and his daughter pulled up the first two for us to take on a test drive. They were exactly what we were looking for and the prices were better than any other dealer or Facebook marketplace had to offer. We put some money down to hold both vehicles, so we could go home and talk to our bank for financing. We came back two days later and the vehicles were ready to go. We talked and joked while filling out the paper work. It took less than 30 minutes total. I went to Best Buy Auto Sales yesterday to look at a few cars. I decided I really liked one of the cars I test drove, so I bought it! They were so nice, and they quickly fixed the small issue I had with it as I was going through the paperwork. I paid in full, so the paperwork was super quick and easy. On the way home, I had a couple of issues pop up with the car. It's me, I'm one of the jerks you see out there that run to post a review instead of calling first. I posted a low review and I feel foolish. They reached out to ME this morning to tell me they saw I was experiencing issues, and that they wanted to help make it right. I had a great experience here getting my new car. There were quite a few bumps with my loan process at my bank along the way and I looked at a few options, but they were very patient and helpful with me throughout that process. In the end I got my first choice of the vehicles, and they even put a new battery in it before I left with it. It is an incredibly friendly establishment!
