Best Buy Automotive and Tires

I hate it when these oil change places claim to give you a quote for a diagnosis charge $150 for an aircondition leak and claim they will fix it at that rate upfront but yet it comes up to be something else which turns into a $800 job if that's what you wanted to charge me in the first place why not and be honest and say so from the start instead of lying and baiting me up, I don't mine spending money to get the job done right

This automotive place is great. Especially enjoyed talking with megan at the counter. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend this business for future tires etc

Although my car is from a dealership it was sent to them to be repaired and has yet to be repaired even though they have the parts to repair it.It is currently sitting outside the shop in front of a bunch of other cars that came in after my car did.It has been sitting there for almost three weeks now.I have evidence that it has not been moved.And every time I go over there and ask about it they always tell me That they can't talk about it.this is how my car was sitting outside their shop for almost three weeks.I had to go over their heads athe dealership to get something done.

Best experience I’ve had a tire shop in Montgomery yet!! My AC quit blowing and everyone I called told me at LEAST a two day wait and I have grandbabies I tote around!! Very precious cargo!! Megan was so understanding and compassionate and took the time to explain to me, a girly girl who is VERY blonde!! What was wrong and how they were going to fix it, that day!! Will be using them for all of my cars needs! 10-10 recommend— these are GOOD PEOPLE!!

Had some warning lights come on my car and took it to the closest shop to my house— Best Buy Auto. Meagan was so nice and friendly and made sure I got my car fixed right and she explained everything in a way that I understood! I’ll be using them for all my other cars now!
