My experience with Best Chevrolet has been extremely disappointing, and at this point, I feel compelled to leave a public review in hopes of receiving a response. I had my vehicle towed in on Monday for what I believed was a straightforward battery replacement. I received no communication that day. On Tuesday, after calling multiple times myself, I was told my car had not even been started. On Wednesday, again after repeated calls, I was informed that an additional part was needed and that it was on backorder. This was never proactively communicated to me. I still do not have my vehicle. The part remains on backorder, and no transportation assistance or alternative solutions have been offered. As a business owner, being without reliable transportation significantly impacts my livelihood. W
“Best” is comical, here’s why: my husband’s lease was due for an oil change. When he entered into the lease agreement, there was some discussion of X# of free oil changes included. Knowing that dealership maintenance tends to run a bit higher than “quick stop shops” especially when considering coupons (not to mention time…), he called the Service Center to confirm that he still had a free oil change credited to his account—the person he spoke with confirmed, so he decided to make the appointment. After sitting through what wound up being almost 2 hrs for them to finish, the cashier then informs him that the total will be $70-something. He states that no, he was told there was a free oil change available and that he confirmed earlier that day. “Who told you that?” - general confusion ensues
Was highly disappointed with the service and attitudes of the employees. Went in there for an oil change and when I got my truck back I had oil all over my matts and steering wheel. Next time I went to service my vehicle I asked if they can put the paper matt because of the time before and she said sure. So when I get my truck back same thing oil all over the matts, door handles, and side of my truck. They also hit the corner of my door and scratch the paint. The paint was still hanging off. I call the manager to complain and he tries to say it's been like that. Anybody that knows paint knows it was fresh and it just happened. So he tells me to come Saturday so they can detail my truck and to talk about the paint job. I go early Saturday morning they take my truck to get detailed and
Called about a recall. My service advisor June told me to come on in and it will not take long. While dropping off I advised of some front end noise and they checked and repaired that as well while I left the suburban there. By 2pm everything was done and I was back into my vehicle. 1st class service.
I took my car in for routine oil change and with concerns about my car accelerating in a funny way. I agreed to pay the diagnostic fee. When my car was pulled back, I noticed a puddle of oil - but figured if it was from my car, it would come up in the diagnostic check. The next day I received a call stating that I would need a entire new transmission at a quote of over $7,000. A complete and utter shock to me because I knew that the issue could not have been that drastic. I asked how did they come to diagnosis, and was told that the machine read transmission and that the tech checked my transmission fluid and there were metallic pieces in it. Now i’m no mechanic, but I know that some metallic pieces in transmission fluid is normal. When I went to pick up my car, I was told that the tech “t
