Best Choice Auto Glass andTint

I’ve never been the type of person to leave a review for anything but unfortunately this shop is the epitome of unprofessionalism and negligence so it warranted a review. Long story short, unless you want your car to be damaged and in the wrong hands don’t get tint from this shop. I took my brand new 2024 Model 3 Tesla which I got in October to get tinted with Best Choice and it was the WRONG CHOICE. The initial tint that was put on my car had many inconsistencies such as bubbles (even after the tint settled), lint underneath the tint, portions of the windows that had un-tinted areas. I spoke with Miguel about all the inconsistencies stated and he agreed to redo the tint. Came to Miguel for a chip repair for a loaner I got. It was a brand new BMW 435 and a pebble flew on the front windshield as I was going down the mountain following a truck. The chip on the windshield was very visible and I was hoping to get it fixed so I will not have to pay for the repairs. Miguel worked on it and 15 minutes later the chip was filled and it was much smaller. BMW didn’t charge me anything for it. It was a good work and I would recommend to anyone who needs.

Best service ever. Compared to other shops, Miguel gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for a star crack on my windshield. I will definitely be a returning customer. The crack was obstructing my view before. Now I can't even see it.
