Best Deal Auto Sales - Service Center Fort Wayne

My rear hatch would not close and I was at a loss as to what to do. I pulled into Best Deals service and they took care of me immediately at no charge to me. We bought the car there two years ago and now I would not purchase a car anywhere else. Their customer service is second to none.

The guys at Best Deal were very nice, very fast, and very reasonably priced! Such a great experience! We will be back for future needs!

I have bought several vehicles from Best Deal Autos. This is my first time using the service center. The night before leaving for a trip I noticed in antifreeze leak. I called Alex the next morning and they were able to squeeze the truck in and resolve the problem quickly. Communication was excellent. Very happy with this first experience.

I didn’t want to write this review, because I want to support local businesses. But after reflecting on whether I'd recommend Best Deal to a friend or family member, the answer is a definite "no." Here's what happened:
I brought my car in because it was making a strange vibration/humming noise from the front end. Over the phone, they suggested it might be the wheel bearing. After dropping off my car, they called and said my CV axle shaft was seized and would need to be replaced. I agreed to this. Then, they called again later, saying that in order to replace the wheel bearing, they’d have to break a sensor, which would add a couple hundred dollars to the cost. I agreed again, as I just wanted the noise fixed. A few days later, they called to say my car was ready with a total bill of $1,30

What a perfect, hidden gem! This was my first time at the Best Deals Service Center and I will definitely be back. Their building was unbelievably clean, from the service bay to the comfortable lobby. And I didn’t even have to step outside when I arrived—you pull your car right inside. Talk about service! The facilities were robust, the staff exceptionally friendly, and did I mention how clean this building was? 5 stars, can’t rave about them enough. If I could add glitter to this post for emphasis, I sure would.
