There was no upselling or painful hours-long waiting in a dealership. I drove a few hours to go out and look at the truck, but my bank hadn’t come through with my financing yet, and I had decided I wanted to buy the truck. Bought my Acura and financed the Pro Guard warranty with my loan. 3 days later I realized the front suspension was SHOT. Ali more than likely packed the suspension with grease to damper the noise. Do not trust this dealership

I don't know why Best Deals Auto got so many 1 star reviews. I just flew one way to Dallas to purchase a beautiful, 2015 Lexus RC F on Monday, June 5, 2023. The car was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The 3 or 4 days before I was to make the flight to Dallas, Immaad and his sales man went above and beyond to give me peace of mind for my future purchase. Imaad took a few walk around videos of the car and a couple test drive videos so I could be confident that everything would be great. He even took it in to get a state inspection so I would be confident that he didn't erase any CELs stored. Imaad, and the team at this dealership is beyond wonderful. I purchased a vehicle from them. They gave me more than a fair price for my trade in. They replaced the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. I was having an issue once I got the vehicle home, I called Imaad and told him about the issue. I brought the vehicle back and they fixed the issue, it was a warped rotor that was brand new from the parts store. I will continue to purchase from here. Honest and caring people! Thanks!
