My boss ordered the part over the phone and paid for it with a credit card. When I got to the facility the part was already pulled and the paperwork was sitting on the counter. One of the guys from behind the counter loaded the part in the vehicle I was driving and back on the road I went. Very organized and professional operation. It was a pleasure picking up the part from them.

I ordered a part from this place and paid $70.33 for anti theft module for my 05 Toyota Camry, waited a whole week and a half, drove all the way from pueblo to Colorado springs to go get it, got home and we put it in only to find it didn't work, so we called Toyota and they said that it wouldn't work because you can't reprogram a used anti theft module, we would have to get a brand new one and have it reprogramed. Not sure if they knew that but they should've told us if they did, so we called and asked them if we can return it to get my money back because I don't want a part that I can't use, I'd rather have my money back and the guy we spoke to said we could return it and get my money back, so me and my boyfriend drove all the way back up to springs to return it and once we got there the

I called for my Kia Sorrento 2013 sx looking for a bumper when I picked up I was sure I had the right parts he said he pulled the parts from a 2013 Kia Sorrento and was told I parts would fit but he pulled parts from a Kia Sorrento ex and was not interchangeable. I called to see if he would take the part back for maybe 1/2 and was told to have the body shop call him as if they were wrong. No customer service just looking to sell parts now I’m out 150$ thank you!
