Best little car wash in Semmes

I have been coming to this car wash for years, and today was the first time I had a bad experience. I utilized the carwash as always. I put my $8 in the machine, followed the prompts, and moved forward only for the carwash not to start because I moved forward too far and had to backup. After backing up and driving forward two or three times, I drove back around and had to deposit yet another $8 in the machine to get my car washed. I am searching for the information for the business to contact someone to get my money back for the first carwash that I did not receive. Please assist. Thank you. If you need to search your cameras please do so. I can provide you with a date and time that I was at the establishment.

I’d stopped by this car wash on September 14, 2025. The car wash was listed as $7 for the deluxe wash. Two days later they charged my card for $14. I’m glad I used my Cash App card and not my debit card. Please fix this!!! I will never again stop here. How you going to try to charge me $14 two days later after the fact?! Then the wash didn’t even do a good job.

We went through their car wash at the end of March and paid for the $7 deluxe wash. This is marked as $7 on the payment machine. We waited for the $8 pending charge to clear as we've seen a ton of reviews claiming this to be a placeholder/verification or pre-authorization charge only. Well instead of clearing at the $7 it was supposed to it cleared instead at $14 final charge. This is stealing in my book, and I will never use this car wash again.

I’m not so much angry, more really confused and now untrusting of this car wash. I clicked for a $6 wash, and I somehow got charged for a $10 wash. It’s not the money, if you need $4, keep it. It’s just, either the person over the wash purposely went in and changed what the charge was or that machine needs fixed. I realize it could be considered a luxury, but I haven’t been able to stop and get a wash in a while and seeing an overcharge kinda got me confused and just like “really?” Just fix the machine or don’t change charges and steal.

Went by a couple days ago and washed my work truck in the automated wash which was supposed to be 6 dollars. Looked at my bank statement and it said 12 dollars and also didn't do a great job on my front fenders (top half didn't look like it was washed at all.) Will not be take any of my company work trucks there.
