This place and their staff are awesome!!! Truly a God send in our time of desperation. Y 93 yr mom, sister and brother , and myself arrived on Charleston late Thursday afternoon, checked in to hotel and went to dinner nearby, while eating we discovered a tire had went flat, it was after 5:00 all tire shops closed. Got the running tire on and 8:00 Friday morning we went to a tire shop right up the one, that experience was just BAD, they let us walk out without even any concern or referral as to where to go. So we drove and found Best One, first of all that were true business men. We explained our situation and they were so kind, said they would help us. Couldn't be happier! We had a triaxle RV shackle bolt failure that took out the two tires on that axle. Rich had two of the exact commercial RV trailer tires in stock and were ready for us after we got our RV to them. All staff members gave us the best attention and service. They also helped us find the parts we needed to restore our RV and continue our trip! They ensured we had everything we needed to get back on the road. Ran down the road to Best One Tire & Service 6607 MacCorkle Ave SE Charleston, WV 25304 Rob (a Road Technician) took me right in, fixed the tire, and adjusted air in All tires. Top Quality service given here! Chris wrote me up a ticket, and sent me on my way. Amazing service and the kindness shown as we were in a dire situation, traveling from South Carolina to Cleveland, Ohio, for family. Richard White went out of his way to find our tire and drive to get it, and then installed it as promptly as possible so we could be on our way. We are indebted to him and Best Tire.

We were traveling cross country in a sprinter van RV with a tire that kept deflating. Found Best One by calling along our route and had the greatest support and sense of urgency you could ask for.
