Best-One Tire & Service - Huntsville

We were on a roadtrip and had a nail in the tire. We came to Best One Tire to get the tire fixed. The nail was in the side wall and had to be replaced so Best One went to the Ford dealership to get the new tire for us and they installed and had us back on the road. The crew at Best One is absolutely amazing and I would give 10 stars if I had that option!!!!!!!

I've been coming here for years. I've never had a problem. I never get to finish my nap . They get right on it . Get me in and out quickly. Great job guys keep it up.

Great shop with a great vibe!! They took care of my car the same day and were so friendly. They even helped me fill my water jug for the dog while we waited. Phillip had my car riding smoother than it had in months!! Thanks guys for making it feel like the customer service of the old days!

The dodge dealer took my 4500 Ram to them to have tires installed. They didnt bother to balance the tires. When i picked up the truck from dodge it was nearly undrivable. I called Best to get the tires rebalanced and dropped it off one morning and it took all day for them to finally finish. I went back the next morning and found out they only took the time to balance the front 2 tires and told me the back ones wouldnt matter. Needless to say it still shook terribly. I took it to McClary Tire, they balanced all 6 wheels and thwy were all way off. I would never use these people again

Who ever the driver was in Athens Alabama this morning needs to get him outta there truck before he gets somebody killed he road my bumper until he could pass then he continually tried making me run into the back of his truck traffic everywhere all kinds of people seen what im talking about he then proceeded to try to make me hit him to the end of elm street where he continued to turn all kinds of bright work lights on that were all over the truck He most definitely does need to be in a commercial vehicle the way he did this morning I’m pretty the way he acted this would be his first complaint.And if I can find out for sure who it was I’m thinking lawsuit.
