Best-One Tire & Service of Kankakee

Brought my truck here for a front end alignment after installing a leveling kit. Start to finish this place was excellent. Easy to make an appointment and great communication while they had it The only charged me $103 for an alignment and they rotated the tires for free. I will be a return customer.

I was disappointed in the service that I received at my last appointment. I was scheduled for an oil change and got a full new set of tires. After leaving the establishment, I went home and reviewed my receipt (yes, I should have looked before I left), and it stated that they had spoken to customer about needing new brakes. There was never a time, while I sat there waiting for over an hour, that I was told I needed new breaks, nor did I have any issues with my breaks. A day later, my break were horrible and I had to replace them right away. They absolutely could have been bad, but it felt deceiving that my receipt verbalized communicating with the customer, when in fact that never happened.

Taylor and Michael upfront were great. Their service topnotch. Reasonable which I luv too. Tire sensor, wiper blades. I'm a happy customer. Great team work to all. Thats how you run a great business. Went again today 1/2/25 Michael and dustin were very helpful and nice. Got me in and out for more tire sensors. Great work and better team work from all who work there. Ty for job done good

These guys are quick, friendly, and professional. Completed tire repair on my Tesla the right way. Even had their own set of pucks to lift the car properly.

Went in for oil change on my vehicle last week. I believe the gentleman working the counter was named Mike. He was very professional and courteous. Said they were very busy but would get my vehicle in timely. Service was completed before estimated time. Was referred to them by friend who also had top notch experience with this place. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location. Nice finding a trustworthy place that can take care of all of your vehicle needs!
