After 2 horrible experiences with safelite and SAME DAY WINDSHIELD ACQUI.. this was like a breath of fresh air. They kept their appointments, came out to my house, did a great job, and everything was done in no time with no problems. Safelite with the help of insurance companies like Geico seems to try to monopolize the business. To the end I had to deal with them instead of Geico.
