My family is stranded on the side of the road at 1am. They answered the phone and first said they were closed. Then when told they were stranded and the size of the tire and 10 miles away, quoted $335 (Random on the spot price). Far from home, trying to get here to visit his mom and already been on the road 9 hours… My husband decided to just go with it. The guy asked for him to send the location, which he did and now they have stopped answering the phone. Why advertise a 24/7 service, have an attitude when the phone rings, and then pick and choose when you want to do it? I get it’s late, but 24 hours is 24 hours.. Maybe I’m wrong?
