My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership after getting turned down from everyone else. Best way auto sales gave us a chance at an affordable price. The owner is so nice and he looks out for you. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. When I thought we were leaving out with nothing, we ended up leaving with something !!!

At first it started out fine. I got a Toyota Camry and I have had it a year now.. But my husband purchased a car from here in sept the car was fine. We started smelling oil so I called them and asked them to look at the car. They did they then stated that there mechanic would be able to fix the car. The had the car from the Wednesday before thanksgiving and it got fixed Friday Dec 5 2025. Moving forward this is a 2nd car that’s barely driven so my husband didn’t try to drive it again till Sunday Dec 7 which then the car was smoking even worse. Mind you best way motors isn’t open over the weekend and they don’t open until Monday morning. I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape from them June29, 2023. When I test drove the vehicle it would not start for me. The salesman reached in and jiggled the key it started. I thought nothing of it. I purchased the vehicle. Over time the starter issue got worse and worse. Now it is really hard to start and sometimes I run the battery down and have to get a jump. Where is the honesty. They knew when they sold me the vehicle that it had starer issues. Now I am going to have to pay for that repair, along with my monthly payments. Bad business. And at this point it won't start with a jump. So I have to have it towed to be fixed. Buyers Beware. However, I am Blessed and I do believe in Karma. Update I had it towed to my mechanic. It needed a ignition lock housing module. It cost me a total of $70
