My 2005 suburban failed to start in this cold, even after a new battery was installed. Best way came out to tow me to a local shop and while we were hooking it up, I turned the key and she miraculously started! Not only did the driver not take any money for coming out, he even offered to follow me the 3 miles to the shop so I could still get the truck looked at. Everyone over there was incredibly friendly and I will use them for all my towing needs in the future! They were also the most affordable towing company in McHenry! I highly recommend!!! They have made a customer for life! Thanks Best Way!
