Incredible, had amazing service from Bestway. They absolutely won a customer for life. I will never be renting again from the Big Car Rentals. Price was incredible, no upsell, no last minute surprise charges. An honest business that cares about their customers. Thank you so much Bestway, huge shoutout to Oscar. They may not be the fanciest place, but this was the best car rental spot that I’ve ever been to. The customer service, honesty, and fair prices can’t be beat. They were the light at the end of the tunnel after a really long day of traveling. My boyfriend even forgot his wallet in the car and shout out to Oscar for getting it mailed back to us. Thanks again for the 5 star experience!!!

Fantastic experience! I needed a small cargo van for just a few hours to move some large pieces of artwork. Oscar is the best - he made me feel like an old friend, had the van ready and waiting out front when I arrived, and got the paperwork done in about 2 minutes. Amazing customer service, great vehicle and a bargain to boot (about half the cost the major chains quoted for similar vehicles). Super-highly recommended!
