I recently rented a vehicle from Best Way Rent a Car Pasadena, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Booking process was done over the phone, the reservation process was quick and transparent. I appreciated the clear pricing and lack of hidden fees, which is rare in the car rental world. Customer service staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the rental terms before handing over the keys. We rented a van for a camping trip with a large group, the van I received was clean, modern, and in excellent condition. Not even close! The value is goals here, fast friendly, didn't waste time trying to push other nonsense except the double check on insurance which spoilers. Your basic insurance probably covers rentals! We had a decent red Corolla about half the other options. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service!!! Jorge and another gentleman helped me with the check-in and check-out. I was able to get a small Toyota Corolla. Drove it from LA to San Diego very smoothly. Highly Recommend and will continue to come here anytime I’m in LA, which is at least once a year.

Just walked right in to rent a car for the day and it was that easy. Good price and on that day they closed at 6 so it gave us enough time to go to Santa Monica and back. We got the Lexus hybrid and it was noice.

Rate here is so much better than the larger chains like Hertz and Enterprise. I think we got our car for half the price we would have paid otherwise. Excellent customer service, very friendly. We forgot our sunglasses there and the manager called us the next day to let us know he found it. Highly recommended.
