Bethel Auto Parts

Not sure why they have a phone because they ignore it and NEVER bother to answer. Drove 20 minutes gambling they had the part since they wouldn’t answer the phone. They said they had it but I had to wait almost 3 hours for them to retrieve the part. Finally got home, and come to find out they sold me the completely wrong part I needed for my vehicle

They have had my sister and her husbands truck for over 5 days they keep telling them it will be done the next day but then give them the run around about why it’s not done. I wouldn’t suggest it if you only have one vehicle an will need it back fast.

Best place to get used auto parts around. Staff is extremely friendly and prices are more than fair and they really do try and help their customers. Will definitely be doing business again.

I will not go back to Bethel Auto parts they kept telling me for 3 days they had my part just trying to get it off the truck the hill was muddie had to use a forklift to lift the truck i drove the 50 miles over there to see what was happing they shound me not being friendly as before after about an hour they give my m m phone down in the city they have the part i need.called then qnd they said they fid not have that part I will not go back to Bethel.

Took my truck to get tie rods and a transmission put in done a great job will be back to do business with John and his team
