BETTER COLLISION - Moncks Corner

A few months ago, my car was involved in a hit-and-run that left it severely damaged. After my insurance approved the repairs, I was unsure where to take it but wanted to ensure it was in good hands. A close friend recommended Better Collisions, so I decided to go with them. The repair process took about two months, mainly due to waiting on parts. However, the communication from Whitney and Jude was excellent; they kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. When I finally got my car back, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked—it felt brand new and worth the wait! I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work they provided. I had a very good experience at Better Collision of Monks Corner. Everyone at the facility was very friendly and efficient. Every step was made easy including an estimate of damages, and processing my vehicle into the shop for repairs. I was kept abreast of my truck repairs and estimates of completion times. I was very satisfied with the repairs and new paint. I was also happy to learn that OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)replacement parts were used. My experience was great here at better collision. I worked with Matt who had great communication and updated me as often as he could due to having issues getting parts for my car from Kia. Everyone was very friendly and had good spirits and I enjoyed each interaction I had. My car looked brand new once picked up. I would highly recommend!!

I was in a bad accident recently, and the people Better Collision were awesome! From the time I bought my car into the time I picked it up. They were professional and caring. They kept me posted on the progress on my car The entire time itwas there! When I got my car back, it was as good as new! They really did an awesome job!
