Better Collision Rock Hill

Being my first personal vehicular accident I was very hesitant to choose a body shop that I thought would do the job right. I visited a few before stopping into this better collision. Upon my arrival Pearl their front desk receptionist was very nice and explained their whole process. Passing me along to Ben their service advisor (manager). He was super nice and relatable as he had the same make and model as my car but the earlier generation. He ensured me that all of my concerns and needs for the repair would be addressed. I’m very happy with the work that they’ve provided and the level of professionalism all their employees have. I had a great experience with Better Collision Rock Hill after my car was rear-ended on the way back to college. Pearl was amazing with communication throughout the entire process and text system kept me updated every step of the way. Ben took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Both were very personable and professional, and the work done on my car was excellent. They coordinated with Enterprise to return my rental car back without me having to go two places, very convenient. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Better Collision Rock Hill to anyone needing repairs.

I read reviews but couldn't let this opportunity pass to write one. I have gone to other collision shops in the area that were good, but it did not take long to find out why this one is named Better and maintains a five star rating. It's difficult to know who to trust with repairs, but after reading their previous reviews and seeing the before and after pictures, I decided to give Better Collision a call to repair the damage made by a large deer. I noticed online that Better Collison had all 5 star reviews and thought that was a little unusual that a company could have nothing but 5 stars. Then I took my car to Better Collision and realized why they have all 5 stars! My car looks amazing; you would never know it had been in an accident! The body work and paint job on my car were excellent, and they even cleaned the inside which looked almost as good as when I bought it. While I never met the people that actually did the body work and painting, it’s obvious that they care about providing quality work and making customers happy.
