Thanks again to Better Dealz Auto. Second time we bought another SUV still got the other been 3 year and never a problem. Ben was great gotta us a great deal that was affordable and on point what we were looking for. Am glad I stop here first before heading tour other dealership cause I knew I would drive off the same day with what I was looking for financially and comfortable. Jose and Ben were amazing and helped put me to quick ease and made me feel right at home and in good hands when I came to them looking for a new car replacement. They were speedy and efficient with explaining the process and helping me get into my beloved 2020 Kia Sorento! Truly amazing guys who answered all my questions and helped me find my perfect match! Very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any and all of my messages and texts! I would definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends! Very old school charm atmosphere with amazing personalities! They’re very passionate about what they do! Can’t wait till the shop opens up closer to my home because I will definitely keep coming back for all my car needs and inspections!

I was treated very well. I received excellent customer service from Jose. They told me everything they needed to and explained everything to me so that I wasn’t blindsided. Explained how the financing worked and then proceeded to explain the cars in my price range. When I picked up my car all the paperwork was explained in detail so that I understood what I was signing. I will return and recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Ben, the owner, was truly the highlight of my day. He and his mechanic were both very friendly, Easy to talk to, and transparent. I bought tires and had them installed. Ben was very forthcoming, and explained everything as well as options. It was a nice to be talked to like a person and not just a sale. I'm already planning my next two vehicle appointments to be scheduled there.What a nice surprise.
