Beutler’s was an awesome experience! They’re unlike other dealers, very respectful, not pushy, and helpful. They gave me the Carfax when I asked which helped me make a decision. I arrive and they showed me the car and let me take it on a good test drive. The car was in my price range and was exactly what I was looking for. The purchasing process was super easy, much easier than other dealerships which was very much appreciated with having my family with me. The best part about Beutler’s is that they take care of you even after buying the vehicle! I had an issue which I didn’t see on the test drive, which was on me, but they were understanding and helpful in resolving my issue! I’d highly recommend giving Beutler’s a shot for your next vehicle as they’re the best I’ve dealt with!

I cannot recommend Beutler Auto enough!!!!! My husband and I have had TERRIBLE experiences at dealerships, and this was a breath of fresh air. We were very upfront with them about our boundaries (no trackers, no maintenance packages, extras, etc.) and they respected every single one of them! They were kind, personable, and empathetic to our previous experiences with other dealers. 100% would buy from here again! We were so nervous to buy from a dealer again having bad experiences in the past. This was the EASIEST car buying experience we have ever had. Kim was a terrific sales man and I could tell he loved his job and loved the company. That makes a difference. After buying the car, we had a minor issue with the A/C and he had us bring it back and they fixed it. What dealership does that?! We felt no pressure. We weren't deceived. Easiest car purchasing experience of my life. Would recommend 100%. 10/10

This family run business isn't about appearances and looking flashy, but that means you can expect that it all gets put into honest hard work and quality results. Whether you're looking to trade up, down, or just get a second or third family vehicle, they are now my go-to place. Prompt, honest, and friendly. Sketchy or new credit? That's okay. They work with some local lenders who are willing to take you on. Jordan, Kim, and all of the others are everything you want in a car dealer. If there is something special you're looking for and you have some patience, they will find it for you.
