The best service I've ever received from a dealership. These guys are professional, extremely helpful, and easy to work with. When I got my i4, Ara stayed late after closing to make sure we went through every feature on my car. When I had a nail in my tire, Alan from the service center was fast, professional, and took all the stress & worry out of getting it fixed for me. If you're interested in getting a BMW this is the only dealership in the Los Angeles area you should go to.

Had a great experience with Kiki (service advisor). I was in and out quick both dropping off the car and picking up. Advisor (Kiki) kept me updated on everything with the car from start to finish and also took care of the extended 3rd party warranty work for me. Will definitely be back for future car service needs. Ruby truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and accurately, so I wasn’t without my car longer than necessary. Alex was kind and patient, taking the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my tires and clearly explain the process.
