Like so many people who walk through these doors I have dreamed of this moment my whole life. I finally decided to go for it and picked up a brand new 2025 Panigale V2 S. From start to finish Casey was incredible. He made the entire process smooth thoughtful and exciting. He made sure I found the perfect fit not just any bike. That kind of care is rare. Huge thank you to the entire team as well. Everyone behind the scenes is clearly doing honest hard work and it shows in every detail. The energy in the shop is welcoming professional and just all around first class. You did not just earn a customer you earned a lifelong customer. Thank you all.

Avoid this place. John charges thousands, is rude, and returned my husband's vehicle in worse condition than before. It also appears that many of his “glowing” reviews come from shops he collaborates with. My previous comment was deleted on yelp, so I’m posting here to share my experience and hesitancy to anyone looking to get their vehicle fixed at this location. My husband was told his bike was ready, only to wait two hours before finding out it wasn’t. We were later told it had been test-driven that day, which was untrue. When the bike was finally fixed, it broke down just 15 minutes from the shop. Despite paying over $4,000, the shop refused to cover the additional $240 in towing costs. I’ve always had a good experience where, bear in mind you I’m also a good customer and I don’t come with any baggage. Casey is a legend. Set me up with a new Hypermotard and I’m very happy with it. Process was easy, no fuss, I was in and out in 45 minutes with my new bike. Thanks guys!

This was the perfect place to waste time and money. Gave them the job to fix my Ducati and make it run. NEVER got any updates on my bike after they had it for 4 months. After putting 4k into the bike on parts they recommended, the bike still didnt work and actually left me stranded after they " fixed it" same day they released it to me. After breaking down Jon pretty much told me good luck and told me to call my own tow since they didnt feel liable for it breaking down 15 miles from there shop. After towing back to them they let me know 2 weeks later with out any previous updates that it is a compression problem and recommended me getting a used engine, buying a bike from them, or buying a bike from his buddy. They dont do proper Diagnostics and the communication with them is terrible unle
