$70 for a smog check in a garbage-strewn neighborhood is already a bit much, but charging a 4% credit card fee (without even telling me first) on top of that? Then he gets mad and tells me it was my responsibility to bring cash. He gets the 2 stars because he was fast at least.
Owner was friendly, and the smog test was affordable, thank you! :) Came on a Monday afternoon and there was no wait, was done in 20-30 minutes. Entrance from Alvarado St is gated off, so enter from Beverly Blvd.
