- bought the new showroom 2025 Subaru BRZ TS, it's amazing and super fun to drive. Not the fastest car out there but definitely focuses on the driving experience. - staff were really friendly and helpful. When I came in to look at the 2025 BRZ they didn't judge me or anything and after telling the sales guy Brody I was interested, he didn't try and instantly get me to get it and wasn't overbearing with trying to sell me the car or anything else. We even look at a few others as well. The sales manager and financial manager were also super helpful and friendly. - process went over very smoothly, they didn't get annoyed or mad when I told them I was going through my bank for the loan. I cannot say enough good things about Guner and Melquis at Beyer Subaru. I came in needing to secure a car after mine was totaled in an accident. It was incredibly important to me to replace it with the same model that kept me safe, and they made that happen seamlessly. From initial contact with Guner, he was communicative, patient, and attentive to every detail. When I arrived, the car was ready, he was waiting at the door, and he had carefully listened to all of my requests. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Melquis was just as supportive and helpful throughout the process. Together, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, calm, and genuinely caring. Had a great experience working with Franco and the whole team at Beyer. Came in with specific cars in mind, and they were very helpful with answering questions/making suggestions based on my needs. They were very well organized, got in and out with everything I was looking for!

I brought in my Baja 03 for some work. They sent me videos and all the documentation after a great inspection. I felt very good with everything they gave me feedback on and I ultimately decided to do most of the work myself, besides a couple things I didn’t have the equipment for. When I came back to pick it up, I had a new crack in my windshield. THESE THINGS HAPPEN. What doesn’t happen often is how Beyer Subaru of Alexandria handled it. They immediately took the vehicle back in and extended my courtesy vehicle, which was amazing. They proceeded to repair the window, but found some rust that they had to fix at a body shop. Throughout this entire process they kept me updated, well informed and were extremely professional. I had to go on a trip and turned in the courtesy vehicle.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The service is fast and efficient. We appreciate the video walk through with an explanation so we can make an informed decision on unexpected services. We moved away from Alexandria and will still drive to this location despite another Subaru dealership being 5 minutes from our new home. Beyer’s customer service is unmatched!
