BFS Performance

I’ve been a customer of this shop for several years, mostly back when it was owned by Juan. Which I just found out through the Google reviews which makes sense. Did not realize it was now owned by Shauna. Communication Juan would drop random calls updating on shit that was wrong with the car. Now it’s different, personally i always felt I was bothering too much trying to get an update. Anyway, after not receiving replies at all, I just started showing up at the shop 30 minutes later. Car was there maybe 5 months. So if they don’t reply, just show up. Shop is struggling? I did not realize the shop was struggling. DO NOT take your vehicle to BFS! They had my son’s car for TWO months. ZERO communication and nothing but lies and excuses when they communicated only twice. We went a week ago Saturday to pick up the car after being fed up to find a lockout notice from the management company for $15k in delinquent bldg rent payment. The gentleman who used to own this shop apparently lost it to his ex-wife Shanna in the divorce and she’s run it into the ground. Worst business EVER!

Had an upgraded exhaust and shifter installed. Fantastic service and prices.Could not bear to leave without tipping. Would certainly recommend to anyone. They work on many brands but they had quite an assortment of Mustang customers having worked done.

I have had previous good experiences a few years ago but they seem to have inexperienced mechanics now. I brought my supra mk5 here to have a simple exhaust adjustment since the tips were not aligned correctly and some other minor adjustments. The tech broke one of the exhaust hanger bolts by over torquing it. He then proceeded to try to blame me saying that I advised him to adjust the exhaust in such a way that he said earlier he could not do which caused him to break the bolt. Make it make sense? Bolt broke off because he over torqued the bolt with his impact wrench. Shanna, the lady in charge, then tried to defend the mechanic. She then later decided that she would replace the exhaust hanger assembly (the bolt came in a silver assembly). I then asked for that promise to fix it in wri

I took the car for a tune, it ended up changing the engine, harness, oxygen sensors, fuse box and it did not work, they moved the workshop, they took the car there, they never touched it, the owner of the establishment closed the line for lack of payment, they never told me what was happening, I found out about other people, the car was "hijacked" I had to talk to the owner of the place so that they could give me a date to go through it, very, very bad experience and a lot, a lot. Money voted because the car is useless.
