BG Motors - Toyota Auto Repair Shop

I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a reliable and honest mechanic. My Toyota was having issues so I brought them to B after reading the reviews. I am so happy with the entire experience. He got me in quickly, was great at communicating throughout, and was honest and upfront about everything. He had great, kind energy and was very knowledgeable. I am glad to have found a reliable mechanic and would recommend him to anyone.

The owner of the shop Be is an amazing person and helped me out alot. I took my truck to another shop and when the other shop gave me what appeared to be a high estimate, I googled small businesses and wanted to get a second opinion on the estimate that was sent to me. Be answered my text message and told me to bring it to his shop. He saved me 500 dollars on the timing belt which was the main issue and he saved me alot of money for the other things that the other shop gave me an estimate for as well. He is very knowledgeable and very communicative. Much better than dealing with big shops that overcharge and you do not know who is working on your car. I would recommend Be 10 out of 10.

Excellent, friendly service. Trustworthy. They did the exact same work that Maita Toyota would have done--for half the price!!!

NO STARS! I’ve had my Lexus get work done here before the pandemic. The owner was very friendly and helpful. However I took my car back to see if they can replace the fuel pressure sensor and was met by a rude man who told he “couldn't work on my car because the miles were too high and that everything was just going to start to break down”. I admit it does have 208k miles on it because I’ve had this car for many years without any issues. And it’s a Lexus, these things last a long time (facts, my 3 Lexus outlived my BMW) so for him to deny my business was his loss. He was willing to fix the catalytic converter because he’d make more money off of me, I get it. But he was unprofessional and rude! Don’t bother with this rinky dinky place. My advice is to steer clear of businesses like these. W

Amazing shop. Honest, affordable and will use high quality parts. If you have questions he will answer them. Highly recommend. It's hard to find a good mechanic. I've taken my car here twice, and my sister and dad have as well. We've all had great experiences. It's a 1 man shop so if he doesn't answer just leave a voicemail and he'll get back to you.
