BHI Insurance

DO NOT USE - took almost 1 month and multiple follow ups via voicemail (the person never answers the phone) and email to get non competitive quotes. Used another company, got awesome quotes in less than a week (and no follow ups needed).

Had done business with them for many years. When our insurance company canceled our policy this year, they were of little help. They never reached out to us, which was surprising, and when we reached out to them it seemed like they were disinterested in helping us find a new policy. They never sent me an official quote, and said the only policy we could get would be double the cost.

In the past BHI was our go to for all our insurance, but we have been leaving them as each policy comes time for renewal. No idea what is going on with them, but the customer service has tanked on so many levels. When I have left a message there has not been a return call. When I can reach a representative it is with such a sour attitude. They require items that are not needed to cancel a policy. This is not my first rodeo as I have many rental properties. It makes me wonder if I am getting the best for me and my properties a this point. I question increases and the attitude that it was only 15% why should we call you about it - wow, just wow. Sadly, I am saying good-bye to BHI.

John Anderson has been one of the most helpful agents I have ever dealt with. Professionally he can answer anything you need. Personally has a great personality that makes you want to work with this group. I am grateful for them.

2 years ago John cold called me, which usually results in a hang up from me, but i agreed to meet with him to discuss our insurance and I am VERY glad i did. after that meeting, John showed me we could switch ALL of our commercial insurance policies over to BHI, and increase coverages, as well as add some that we did not currently have and still save money. A few months later one of our trucks was involved in an accident. On my way to pick up our driver i called John to let him know, and he said "I'm not far from there, i will take a ride by and see if he is ok". The next morning he handled everything for us and minimized the down time from not having that service truck on the road. This year we had to call upon them again with an issue that is by far the most stressful one i have encoun
