Bidleman Ford Service

The guys working at the service desk are top notch. They feel your concerns and make you feel important. The Tech Mechanic Jay that works on the Trucks is also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our first visit to this dealership and we are very pleased with the excellent customer service. We love our new (to us) F150 . Highly recommend.

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. My experience with their service department has been nothing short of deceptive and disappointing. We purchased our vehicle from this dealership, with the agreement that all brakes and rotors would be replaced before we took delivery of the vehicle. After noticing our brakes were pulsating, we brought the car in for service, only to discover that the dealership never replaced the brakes and rotors as promised. They assured us that they had corrected the issue during this visit, and we left thinking everything was finally taken care of. However, not long after,(1 year and 5 months) the brake pedal started pulsating again. We returned to the dealership, expecting them to honor their original commitment. Instead, we were met wit

Can’t say enough good things about the Bidleman Ford Mobile service! I was able to get an oil change right in my driveway without the inconvenience of taking my kiddos out. So easy, inexpensive, and on time. Thank you Bidleman for the service I will definitely continue to use the mobile service from now on!

Bidleman was able to get me scheduled quickly, they were accommodating of my schedule and picked up/dropped off my vehicle, had friendly service, and the work was done well. They even caught an issue that I did not realize was going on before it became a huge problem. I would and plan to return to them for future car needs.
