Big 10 Tire Pros

Just got my second set of tires from Big 10 in Jackson. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. Service was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I needed advice on an oil light situation. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. Given my situation, they did not try to sell me services I did not need. The price they charged for conducting the diagnostic and test drive was decent. As a result, they have regained my trust.

I had a flat on a heavy utility trailer I was hauling and these folks were able to immediately take a look at my tire, which was dry-rotten. All 4 tires needed attention, actually, and they had a set in stock in the warehouse. For a reasonable price and within 90 minutes, I was rolling again with a new set of tires.

They are super helpful and very friendly!! I went in to have my brakes checked and possibly get two new tires and they explained everything in detail and even gave me a discount because of issues I had with a previous place I had been to. I highly recommend going here for any service you need that they offer!

Big 10 always does the best job, from the moment you walk in the door and drop off your vehicle. Excellent customer service and communication. Services are always top notch as well.
