Big 4 Tire

Great experience at Big4 Tire! I called last Friday—right after Thanksgiving—looking for snow tires for both my wife’s vehicle and mine. The service advisor provided outstanding customer service and offered several options at different price points, clearly explaining the differences and benefits of each. The installation this week was prompt, efficient, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. It’s refreshing to deal with a well-run, locally owned and operated business. We’ll definitely be returning in the future!

I've bought several sets of tires (mostly snow tires) here at Big 4 and they're always 5 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable, fast, hard working techs, and friendly assistance at the counter to get you anything tire related and also offer more services like quick oil changes! Their pricing is also competitive with other area tire retailers.👍👍 Two thumbs up from me!

The service to my car it's self was great, exactly what it needed and it's now driving great! Great price too! Leaving a 4/5 because I believe someone went into my center counsel and took some snacks.. I thought it was pretty funny when I thought it was only a few packs of fruit snacks, and even told my husband because I thought it was funny someone needed a snack. (mom humor) It was significantly less funny when I realized an unopened box of snacks in my car's council had been opened with about 1/5 of the contents removed. Needed a snack? Definitely funny. Opening unopened groceries in peoples cars.. less funny.

If I could 100 stars I would. Steve saved our lives. We had an emergency flat tire and we were 4 hours away from home. We spent 2 hours calling every tire place within 20 miles and no one could help us or had our special run flat tire in stock but the BMW dealership (who said they didn’t have availability to replace the tire for two more days!) Steve offered to drive to the dealership and get the tire for us and replace it immediately! We don’t know what we would have done without him! Plus we were in and out in 20 mins.

Absolutely screw this place. Go in to get my tires taken care of get my car back and my heat and no air works at all. When it was working perfectly fine at the time, I dropped it off. How in the hell does that happen
