Amazing experience. Have heard nothing but great things. I work on my own vehicles so for the most part my needs are fairly simple. I needed an inspection. I was worried about being upsold or sold something i didn’t need. Rarely do expectations and hopes meet reality. Well, thanks to Big4 my expectations were exceeded. I had expected a couple hour wait. 10 am on a monday no appointment- could be hit or miss. I was in and out. I popped a podcast on with airpods and before i knew it my truck connected. Could literally hear them take my tires off and inspect my truck. The techs are on point. I know this shop is busy. It’s busy because you all do amazing work. Today it was just an inspection but i’ll be back. Lobby was nice. The gentleman who helped me out was very nice. My old job brought the

Big 4 gets the job done and trustworthy in their work. Had to bring in a car for specified work and they were able to get me in within 2 days. Two tires, alignment, oil, inspection. Completed in a timely manner and friendly conversation. Appreciate Big 4 always being there.

I was traveling and desperately needed new tires for my F350 superduty long bed. Most place cant even jack my truck up. Joe got me in first thing in the morning and out by 100 in the afternoon. Thanks Joe.

So i thought i had a bad front driver side wheel bearing. Being a shade tree mechanic i figured i could knock it out in a weekend. Unfortunately it was frozen in the hub pretty good. I decided to bring it over to Big 4 on midler park.i imagined they would be pretty busy and the jeep would be down for a few days. Jon Hart greeted me and explained he might be able to get it done by noon same day?!?! I was really excited about that. He mentioned he would take a look and get back to me. Within a few hours he called and explained my options and that both hubs need replacement. With 130,000 miles i figured it was due. Jon said they could complete the job by noon.
