My fiance and I came to this car lot and was under the impression that Mike the car salesman/owner was putting us in a reliable vehicle strictly for work, needless to say the vehicle over heated on the 3rd day.. contacted them and they told ME to get this broke down vehicle to the lot so they could fix it.. it would not run.. so .... come to find out we were paying 3 or 4xs the blue book value!!!! It broke down completely with a blown head gasket bc there was a pre existing oil leak I was not informed of.. in the end I let them have it back! They put a bandaid on it and have it back out on the lot!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR LOT!! HERES THE PIC OF IT ON THE FRONT LINE BACK OUT ON THEIR LOT! It's the black ford escape!! If I could give zero stars I would because they don't deserve one!!!!

I was desperately looking for a car after my engine locked up on me. Mike really helped me out AGAIN, he worked with me with the down payment I had (just over $1k) and let me bring in the rest the following Friday. I would recommended coming here. I know things have been expensive with the economy but Mike really helped me out, and Maria from Woodlands has always been understanding. It’s all about communicating and they will work with you!

Let me just start by saying I wouldn’t be writing this review if this establishment wasn’t go God awful and rude when we came to them with the situation! Yesterday my sister put 1000 down on this Avalon and by the time she got to Galveston it was cutting off and smoking! We called him to explain she was definitely upset but when I spoke to him I simply asked if we could get the money back as ut broke down and won’t start he was extremely rude and hostile about it. Either way they’re un professional and rude but he did return the 1000 dollars I don’t recommend getting a car from there!! However Tony’s in la marque they are AMAZING AND RELIABLE CARS

I got a car from this place and had no problem. Plan on buying my next car there too.
