Same Owners, Same Scam — Stay Away Big A Auto Sales are running a shady towing operation. They were out towing cars during a crowded public event with no proper parking, then demanding $150 via Cash App to a personal account — no receipt, no explanation, nothing professional about it. If they’re willing to scam families at a kids’ baseball tournament, I wouldn’t trust them with a single dollar. Beware of there fraud!

This review reflects my personal experience only. In 2021, when I was 24 years old and pregnant, I purchased a vehicle from Big A Auto Sale and paid $3,000 down. Within the first month of driving it, the vehicle broke down. A mechanic later informed me that the transmission had significant issues I contacted the dealership, and although I was told the issue would be addressed. the repair was never completed. As a result, Iwas left without a working vehicle during a verv vulnerable time in mv life After hearing similar concerns from others over time, I felt it was important to share my experience so future customers can make informed decisions For clarity, I still have all documentation, receipts, and proof from my purchase and the attempts to get it repaired I encourage anyone purchasing

I picked up a uhaul trailer. There was a bit of a wait until the uhaul guy could make it into the shop. Besides that it was a very pleasant experience.

Terrible calling to speak with the person that soled me the car never available the car was rigged wasn't worth the money I paid for it
