Big Bad Ben Car Wash

I find this business provides a good quality wash. The pricing is competitive. My only complaint, and the only reason I don't give it 5 stars, is the website. It is terrible. The employees even have a hard time with it. I tried to update my car info, and I was not able to after multiple attempts. As gen x, the issue needs to be dealt with promptly. We don't have the most patience for cumbersome tech. I think a dedicated app would be helpful.

It's an aging facility, $10 for a basic wash which used to be $4 a few years ago. Vacuums are unconscionably loud.

Love this car wash, it's the only car wash in town I can turn my lifted truck in.... all the others have tiny turns and drives to go on. Definitely cleans your vehicle! Love that you can clean off bug's before entering, and the guys before you enter spray even more cleaner on your vehicle just in case you missed a spot lol 😆 I clean my truck here weekly and will continue as long as things stay the same!

This is the ONLY car wash I’ve used since they opened!!! Love everything about it!! Except one thing, I stopped at one of the little stations most call “bug stations” to clean some of the grim off my car before driving through the wash. Unfortunately, the solution they use, which works great, is SLIPPERY! The more you use, the slippery it gets! I slipped in the green solution, fell on my knee & BROKE my knee cap! Serious injury & pain!!! I have to go to work with it and it’s wearing me out, I’ve been through shear hell since!! I’ll probably need surgery!! I’m a teacher and it’s hard! I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!!!! Be careful at the bug stations! The more green product you use, the more slippery the ground will be!! Like walking on ICE!! Please be careful! Great locally owned automatic car wash. It's been around for a while but I've seen them periodically update their services (like adding a nice floor mat washing machine that is complimentary). The staff is nice and helpful. With this location and a second in Walker. I've been using this car wash for years.
