Mr. Big Bear is literally an earth angel. You don’t expect the tow truck guy to be the most help after a traumatic accident, but Bear truly helped me. My accident was December 23 and I had presents in my car for my daughters. So I called expecting to likely have to wait, but Big bear came up to the salvage yard on Christmas Eve, so both my daughters would get their Christmas gifts on Christmas! I am astonished as to the absolute kindness that this business owner demonstrated! If you find yourself needing a tow in the Brunswick area I would recommend Big Bear!!!!! An absolute earth angel! I am so grateful for his assistance in such an awful circumstance, he stepped up and went beyond expectations! He’s great! I will be praying he gets so many blessings in this life!

The 5 star is definitely deserved. Had a blow out and tried to use the progressive road side service. They are terrible. So I canceled and found Big Bears and he answered quick, I stood my location quick, told me the price, and was there in the 20 mins that he gave an estimate for. Load my car up and got it Walmart in time for me to get it replaced before they closed. Rental places were closed and all tire shops too. Big Bears is a situation solver.

I just want to a big thanks to Big Bears towing they have helped me multiple times. Very respectful and quick service overall amazing service. Thank yall!!

I’ll call him again if I need too. 5 stars I didn’t meet him or use his services, however I attempted to. After talking to him at 2am and realizing he would be hours after I needed (6:30) I decided to go with another company. I was stranded with a 5% phone, dead car, hours from home (Virginia), in the dark, with no help. I’m a woman. Not the best combination. He called me at 8:30 to check in on me and to see if I was ok. I was shocked because people don’t normally care at that level especially at a business. I wanted to make sure I left a review exposing that. He cares. Business or not. - Tessila

Big Bears towing is a professional and honest business. When I called I immediately received prompt service. I highly recommend this business. I have used him several occasions and each time he has been a life saver. From helping my sister, myself , and other family members he has been the most reliable than other towing companies with fair prices.
