Big Ben Tires & Auto Repair

Had two tires replaced here cause it was right next to work where the flats occurred. I get home and after checking out the tires both were gauged over a quarter of the wheel. Brand new wheels. Last photo is of the wheels when I found them flat no scratches in sight.

Place is a joke as a business owner myself working 7 days a week I don't turn down money. 521 pm and they dont want to provide service. Man on the phone slurring his words. He said he was a slow day but he's burnt out. Horrible excuse for a business. Enjoy that next beer sound like he's 15 deep already. Or maybe its pills either way turning down business when I eoukd have been there before closing.

Went here because it was no wait. The guy who patched my tire broke my sensor in my tire. My vehicle showed 0 psi. They he told me to drive it and it would reset. After driving and returning with 0 psi they tried to reset it themselves. Didn't work. The guy who patched my vehicle had an attitude and blue powder all in his nose. Hmm? Took it to the dealership to have them pull out a broken sensor. $140 later. Plus the $30 they charged for the patch it cost me a total $170. Stay clear of these guys.

Quoted 107$ for four new tires mounted and balanced (I supplied the tires) and after the service was completed the charge was 130$ for some reason. The guy changing the tires also got into my car shirtless and left his body sweat all over my leather seat and center console. Quick work that I hope lasts but definitely not a place you want to take a nice car to.

To start off start off my mother and father went down there years back to Mount one tire in an emergency situation....overcharged them for a piece of crap tire with plenty of dry Rock and also let them leave that place with over 60 PSI in the tire.... went over there again recently emergency situation overcharging and treats you like garbage so if you like to be overcharged and treated like trash this is the place for you zero Stars.
