We love Joe and his team at Big Boys! My husband and I trust them with my sports car and his truck and motorcycles (both for regular maintenance and for complicated diagnostics/repairs). They provide excellent value and service (efficient, skilled, high-quality, reliable, consistent). It's also easy to make an appointment and to communicate with them. Grateful we found them! Joe and the staff are first class all the way. My family owns a large service station/towing service and I have always taken care of my own vehicles. Having a new career with the sheriff’s department my schedule is hard to manage with prolonged break downs. I trust Joe and the staff at Big Boys Auto to fix my truck and was so impressed from the minute I dropped the truck off. The facility is spotless and well kept. Their quote was texted to me with a comprehensive report and video! It was so impressive. Joe understood my crazy work schedule and actually met me in an agreed time after hours on Christmas Eve! New to area, wasn’t sure where to take car for work. Had passed by this location and very close to my home so thought we would give it a try. Very pleased with service from scheduling apmt until pick up. Very friendly staff, clean shop and not pushy to sell me a service or part that isn’t necessary. Will go back.

Great experience! The owner provides the kind of personal care that’s hard to find these days. He’s friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with. It’s clear he cares about doing the right thing and makes sure everything is handled fairly. Pricing is reasonable, and the whole process felt honest and professional without any pressure.
