The tool we needed was missing when we got a flat in the middle State Route Nowhere. At night. After normal hours. After my insurance company fumbled my roadside assistance request- details were wrong, request wasn’t accurate, location was incorrect… he reached out directly and got the correct information to come and help us when he could have just said he couldn’t do it and went to bed. Very much appreciated the help and willingness to get the accurate details before declining.
