Very knowledgeable people, clearly working hard to EARN business. They stayed late to finish my car, and did it correctly. At a really fair price. Recommend!

I have had squeaky brakes lately, this place got me in quickly and took a look for Free! And they could have pulled one over on me and said I needed to replace my brakes, but instead, they said that they just needed to be cleaned, that there was a good amount of brake pads still left. They were very honest where many place would bot have been. I will always come back here for the friendly service and honesty.

I had a bad experience with this Big Brand location a decade ago and hadn't been back since. Recently I bought an older vehicle and decided to go as cheap as possible on tires. Big Brand had the best price by about $60 and it had been ten years so I figured I'd chance it. Unfortunately I had another bad experience. The tires I ordered got sent to the wrong store, so my appointment kept getting pushed back while they tried to figure out what happened. Eventually they gave up on tracking them down and upgraded me to a different set of tires at no charge so I figured no big deal. I arrived at my appointment and it took FOUR hours for my tire change and alignment. I was given a discount in an effort to make things better but it wasn't worth the wasted time. I would not recommend you to use their services. Very disappointing experience at the Goleta Big Brand Tire. We bought new tires and did an alignment here about eight months ago. We drive carefully, yet one front-left tire wore down to the metal (on a Rear Wheel Drive car)—clearly not normal. When we came back to ask for an explanation, the manager, Ivan, was rude and dismissive. He refused to help, blamed us, and even damaged one of our documents while copying it. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and we were threatened with police for simply asking for answers. This is not how customers should be treated. We hope corporate management reviews this case and contacts us for a fair resolution.

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. They were closing and waited for me to get towed there. Ordered and installed an new alternator Monday and had me on my way. Sam was great to work with. Great price and service. Highly recommend .
