They have extremely knowledgeable and pleasant employees. I needed to reschedule and they were very accommodating. And, their price on the new tires I bought and had installed was really affordable. The whole process was very easy and smooth. I'd recommend them to everyone out there and I'll definitely be back if I need their serves again.
From a woman’s perspective: They rock! Jacob was very patient on the phone to answering every question I had. Chris was super kind, even allowed my oversized fur baby to accompany me. Time frame was on point. He even offered an uber on my next visit should I NOT want to stay with my car during service. Customer service has dwindled horribly. These guys restored some of my confidence. Thank you for such a good visit
I have oversized, unique tires. I drove from San Diego to Phoenix. My tires needed to be replaced the staff and the service at big Brand. Tires is absolutely amazing. Nicole was just off to church with her customer service skills. I am extremely grateful for them and their service and getting my 2021 Denali back in shape and on the road in record time praise God and thank you.
They guys at 91st Ave are amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and give good customer service. Been going there for 4yrs now with all my tire needs.
