Cobra was an excellent car salesman. He was able to find me what I wanted and he never second guessed my decision. He was very respectful to my family needs and wants. Josh was a beast at getting me a good rate that fit my family's budget as well. Along with Joel who was very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain any financial questions I had. Big City Car Sales has a great team not to mebtion they were absolutely hands down great with my 2 yr old during my purchase. This is a highly recommended place to go to purchase your next vehicle.

Tom Byrum was an excellent laid back salesmen. I really appreciated his transparency and friendly attitude. He was really fun to talk to when the waits you expect. We talked about Halloween and music. Very relatable guy. He also really worked to help push for the deal we needed to buy that day. And was not pushy in the least. I really thought he listened to us and remembered key details. Would definitely recommend.

I had the bestest experience at Big City Cars on lima Road Ft Wayne, IN today. In about 2 hours or less I drove out with my new car. (Boxie looking small trunk) but what the heck, it will grow on me by Sunday evening. Lol. Go see Mr. JOEL, he is the best. The paperwork guy sorry, I'm bad with names but yeh him, he knows his shit too. Mr. JOEL, He left me with my mouth wide open and I grinned from ear to ear all the way to Auburn.
