Big City Towing Service Inc

an MTA bus hit my car this week- it was shoved in the snow and I couldn’t get it out. I called Big City Tow today and they came within 15 minutes. It was super fast and they made the process easy , so I was not stressed. Great service and will use again if needed.

Big City Towing was excellent. They towed my BMW on a flatbed to the dealership after I got a flat tire, and the whole process was smooth and stress free. They arrived quickly, handled the car with care, and made sure everything was done properly. Very professional, fair pricing, and great communication.
